Jewelry Care
Your polymer clay pieces are hand sculpted, one of a kind pieces.
Polymer clay can be very delicate. Avoid dropping, knocking or scratching your jewelry.
Follow the care instructions below to keep your pieces in tip top shape!
Care Instructions
- Always store jewelry in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
- Store pieces away from other items to prevent scratches.
- Avoid contact with makeup, hair products, tanning products and perfume as it may stain or damage the jewelry.
- Avoid contact with alcohol as it may dissolve the polymer clay.
- Do not shower or swim with jewelry on.
Cleaning your Jewelry
Polymer clay components
Gently wipe with a lint-free jewelry cloth. For areas with intricate design you can use a soft, dry baby's toothbrush to lightly remove any dust particles.
Brass components
Brass requires fairly regular polishing. Use a brass cloth or a small amount of Brasso metal polish on a cue tip to clean the part then immediately polish with a cloth in gently circular motions - when cleaning brass components take great care not to get any of the product on the clay or resin parts of your jewelry.
